The stories of the guests are their stories and are not to be construed as being approved by or in any way a reflection on the opinions of the show host, or management.
We also do not participate in any trials by the media. While some guests may have claims against other people or agencies, the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast does not. Each individual guest is solely responsible for their opinions and statements.
The Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast is a nationally syndicated talk radio show and the radio stations that air the show are not owned by or in business with the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast.
All claims made by advertisers and sponsors are part of the marketing plan for those companies. No endorsements are made unless it is clearly stated by the show host, that they endorse and uses those products and or services.
We are completely independent, we had a silent partner relationship with Robert Greenberg. Use of the name Law Enforcement Today was from a prior agreement and partnership between John J. Wiley and Robert Greenberg that ended in the Summer of 2023. The show is now named the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast.
We do not censor guests stories, some are very sensitive and graphic in nature. At times guests may express their opinions regarding the subject matter. Those opinions don't necessarily represent the opinions of the show host or other contributors.
The entire goal of the Law Enforcement Talk Radio Show and Podcast is to provide a platform for the guests to talk about their experiences from their perspective. Our guests are either Law Enforcement Officers, active, retired, former talking about the realities of investigating crimes. Giving a look at life behind the badge. The other guests are Law Enforcement Officers, other First Responders, Military, Victims of Crime, their spouses, or survivors talking about traumatic events that they went through. These are often crime based, but not always. They also talk about the impact on them, their families and how they live their lives afterwards.
At no point are the guests experiences and stories designed to be, nor should they be construed to be therapy or suggestions for how to recover from the effects of trauma. They are simply the guest's stories and their experiences.
